Folic Acid (Vitamin B9)

Read the primary study →Folate is required for DNA synthesis in every dividing cell, which makes it especially important in sperm production. Low folate status correlates with reduced sperm density. The strongest human evidence is for folate paired with zinc, which is how we dose it.
